Key Fob updates

The SilverLeaf Amenity Center is upgrading our security access system. Because of this upgrade, older key fobs will cease to function. We must replace your old fobs before February 1st.

Do I need a new fob?

Please check your current key fob. You MUST come in for a replacement if:

• Your fob does not end with the letter "H". (BTAGH)
• Your fob text is worn off/unreadable and you moved in prior to 2023. (we anticipate majority of SilverLeaf Village, Hartford, Holly Forest will be affected)

How to Exchange Your Fobs

• Cost: The exchange is free.
• Requirement: You must bring both existing fobs to be exchanged.
• Lost Fobs: If you have lost a fob, a replacement must be purchased for $25.00.

When to Visit

• Standard Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
• Extended Hours: We are offering additional afternoon times, please see below.

PLEASE NOTE: Staff cannot assist with key fobs on weekends unless the support times are reflected below. You must complete this process during the weekday hours listed above or the additional times below.
