Do I have to use the new app or will my old one work?

All residents will need to download and use the new blue app.

I do not see my household members on my app, how can I add them?

Please see above for household member information.

Why did we get a new app?

Unfortunately, our old provider was unable to meet the needs of our requests for resident features. We have upgraded our app to include new features and easier to use functonailty for residents and staff.

Do I have to have a headshot in the app?

Yes, headshots (shoulders and above of just you) are required to have app access. This photo helps us with security management for all pool and event access.

I don't see my guest passes?

Guest passes will be loaded by March 1st! Stay tuned!

I don't see my pool pass QR code?

This feature will be available March 1st!

I have a reservation and I do not see it in the app?

Do I have to use the app at all?

You do not have to use the app for pool check-in. You can can present your driver license or provide us a headshot we can load to your profile each time. However, all events will require RSVP through the app and all communication will be via the app.

I see a Pay HOA dues on the app, can I pay there?

At this time, this feature is unavailable. All HOA payments need to be made through your HOA. Please note: the amenity center is contracted out and we do not have access to your HOA accounts.

I see resident hosted groups, can I start one?
